Each Anusara Immersion is a comprehensive 100-hour program for the enthusiastic student to playfully explore a deeper understanding and practice of the Anusara method. After Immersions 1-3 are completed, one can apply for Teacher Training. Immersions are also appropriate for those wanting to deepen their practice and to steep themselves in the Anusara method.During this intensive program, every facet of the Anusara Yoga system will be studied in great detail. The Anusara methodology seeks to integrate the body, the heart, and the mind. Students will begin to understand the poses and the philosophy from the inside out while gaining a new appreciation for their own body and spirit on and off the mat. As students immerse themselves in the teachings they will enjoy a new found freedom and empowerment..
