Intro to Yoga with Myda El-Maghrabi

This 2 week series is designed for the absolute beginner. This short series will familiarize the novice with the basic concepts incorporated in a yoga class. Students will learn vinyasa ( linking movements and breath), foundation, and basic form of the most common poses. The Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment will be lightly introduced. After this series, students will feel comfortable joining in a basic or basic/ open class offered on the regular schedule.
