Our mission is serve the freedom, awakening, and healing of our students and teachers by embracing the deeper facets of yoga and spiritual arts as the bridge. Our Four Pillars of Focus:

  • EDUCATION
  • HEALING
  • SPIRITUAL ARTS
  • COMMUNITY

Abhaya is defined as fearlessness. Abhaya encourages empowerment and autonomy within the support of community. FEAR LESS LOVE MORE.

The Abhaya Method serves as a backbone to the centers. The Abhaya Method integrates the physical components of yoga with the more subtle, energetic and breath-oriented principles. It is a non-dual philosophy that teaches universal connectivity plays an important role by encouraging students to trust into their hearts.
