The Abhaya Immersion is a comprehensive 100-hour program for the enthusiastic student or potential teacher to study the many aspects of yoga and asana: alignment, therapeutics, non-dual tantric philosophy and comparative study, the history of yoga, anatomy, Ayurveda, pranayama, and meditation. The immersion process takes the student through a journey of learning about themselves through the education of yoga. The full Immersion Program is the pre-requisite for the Abhaya Level 1 Teacher Training.
Benefits:

- Students learn practical tools to keep them safe in any yoga practice
- Students begin to understand the poses and the philosophy from the inside out while gaining a new appreciation for your own body and spirit on and off the mat.
- Asana practice shifts and expands in a short amount of time
- A sense empowerment and community support
