Come to this no pressure series of classes to learn the very basics, foundation, and forms of the poses with Abhaya Teachers. You will learn principles that will serve you in your practice for years to come.What to Expect for your First Class
- Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to sign in and fill out a waiver.
- You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we have mats to rent for $1 .
- Dress to sweat. Beginner classes tend to be slower and with more detailed instructions, Vinyasa Flow or Open level classes may be more challenging, but any of our instructors would be happy to help you with modifications if you aren’t able to go into the full form of a pose.
- Expect to get a workout and learn something new about your body or yourself. Yoga is a great workout, but it’s also a great way to feel more yourself, learn tools to reduce stress, become more empowered in your life and grow as a person. We welcome you on this journey.

Our program is dynamic, challenging and based on an empowering yogic philosophy. You won’t find a more complete system or better instruction anywhere.
