BHAVA with Tara Glazier and Kevin Nathaniel | 6:30 – 8PM

In Bhava, led by Tara, we are encouraged to let go, and let in the power of grace, the power of the music, and power of the collective community. The Bhāva class is a unique experiential approach to awakening through asana, music, and the healing subtle body adjustments/ reiki. Kevin Nathaniel creates magical music using voice, mbira, kalimba, shekere, and a variety of percussion. He approaches music as an experience to be shared by all, a healing force that can bring people together as one.


Kirtan with Keely Angel | 8:30 – 9:15PM

Join Keely as we close the evening with kirtan, the devotional yoga practice of call and response chanting. Together we will sing and invoke a deeper consciousness through sound. The mantras we chant are representative of different aspects of the spirit that exists in all of us and shines through everything.

Yoga for Mothers – Self Care through Yoga | 2 – 3:30 PM

Every mother could benefit from the practice of yoga. Yoga not only creates more strength and flexibility but gives the body, mind and soul the rejuvenation each mother desires. Giving and taking care of others is something mothers do very well. It is also very common for mothers to not have enough time for self-care. Self care and nurturance toward one-self is the one thing that can allow a mother the energy to do the things she needs to do. Yoga is a wonderful avenue to find one-self again and to feel alive, energized, and rested. Join Tara Glazier, owner, mother, and long time devotee of yoga and its benefits, as she leads you through a 1 hour 15 min all levels yoga class. The class will include easy warm ups to create fluidity and release of muscles, some moderate and easy to perform standing poses to build heat and core strength, and lastly move into restorative hip opening and closing postures to encourage deep relaxation. Tara’s assistant will offer optional light massage during the restorative poses. After class lets convene in the lounge for complimentary tea and snacks and meet other mothers in the community! All levels welcome, pre/post natal welcome.
