“Abhaya 300hr advanced training was the perfect blend of intellectual, spiritual, and physical curriculum to enliven my practice on the mat as a student and even more so as teacher. Tara was the mentor I didn’t know I needed; she provided the right challenges to grow outside my comfort zone, the dedicated support to believe in myself and the guidance to honing my authentic teaching voice. I graduated feeling vibrant in my teaching and uplifted with love from the Abhaya community.”
