Coming Home: A Meditation Retreat

Coming Home: A meditation retreat to connect with the body, mind and spirit. As we reach the depths of winter, there can often feel as if there is a disconnection from ourselves and our community. By learning somatic meditations and basic sitting practice, we begin to find the sense of warmth and contentment of home within our very selves. Meditation times will consist of instruction, guided meditation, reflection and discussion. Beginners are encouraged to attend. With the main focus on meditation, the weekend will also include optional opportunities for movement such as Yoga and QiGong. Join us for a weekend urban retreat where we rediscover the space and joy available to us in our bodies. Please bring a water bottle, a journal for reflection, and comfortable clothes to sit and move in.
