This intensive 20-hour Yin Yoga teacher training is designed for Yoga instructors who are seeking to understand the practice, enhance their teaching skills, and refine their ability to guide students through the subtleties of Yin Yoga. The training will explore advanced techniques, anatomy, energetics, and philosophy, equipping you with the tools and confidence to offer transformative experiences in your classes.

Yin Yoga Postures and Sequencing:
Dive into more complex postures and variations to support students at all levels.
Learn how to design and sequence flows that enhance the therapeutic benefits of Yin Yoga, incorporating mindful transitions and long-held postures for optimal results.
Anatomy and Physiology of Yin Yoga:
Explore advanced anatomical concepts, focusing on the deeper tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints). Learn how to understand the body's fascial system, the role of connective tissue in Yin Yoga, and how to modify postures based on individual anatomical differences.
Energetics :
Learn how the subtle body, the channels and Yin Yoga interact with the body’s energy systems.
Study the channels, chakras, and the subtle body to learn how to enhance the flow of prana and balance energy through long-held postures.
