Essential oils are powerful healing essences from plants. They have transformed the way I think about healing and balance in nearly every way.
This workshop has a particular focus on learning how to bring optimal mindfulness to your meditation practice with the support of essential oils. In this 2-hr workshop, you will get to learn and experience 5-6 oils. You will design your own “Grounding Synergy” and bring that magic home with you!
Just a few examples of aromatherapy uses:
Enhancing practices like mindful meditation
Provide stress relief
Relieve tension headaches
Act as an instant mood lifter
Establish peace and calm
The workshop is led by Abhaya Yoga teacher, Karen Heish (IG@karecakes), who is currently training at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. Karen believes that essential oils can heal and bring balance to our physical and emotional bodies, mind and spirit.
Please join us for an enriching, interactive workshop in which you will begin to explore the many uses of essential oils.
Everyone leaves with a personalized 10ml roll-on bottle!
We will get to smell and learn about 5-6 oils.
You will get to blend your own “meditation synergy”
