What are the keys to a life long yoga practice? How do we maintain a dynamic practice without creating “wear and tear” injuries, instability, or exhaustion? The Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic traditions articulate systematic practices for healing and strengthening the bones, nerves, and joints.
