Care for the Subtle Body with Pranayama and Meditation

The wisdom tradition of yoga speaks of our subtle body the multi-layered energy field that permeates and surrounds our physical body. Our health, our mental and emotional well-being, our sense of connection to Spirit and our experience of deep Happiness have a great deal to do with our subtle body. In this workshop, Harshada will be teaching us about the subtle body and leading us through exercises designed to help us balance, heal, and care for this subtle energy field. The workshop will include interactive discussion as well as guided sessions of meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing exercises). Appropriate for all levels.
