Spring Tune-Up Vinyasa and Sound Bath

Spring Tune-Up Vinyasa and Sound Bath

Led by: Kristin Condon + Leslie McDonald

From April 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm until April 6, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Dumbo

Set-your intentions for the Spring, clear out the heavy energy of winter, and then sink deeply into a sound bath allowing your body, mind and spirit to harmonize for maximum health and rejuvenation. Kristin Condon, a teacher at Abhaya and Equinox, will lead a Spring intentional meditation followed by a vigorous but intelligent sweat vinyasa for all levels to purify mind and body. Finally, we will be guided into deep relaxation and full rejuvenation through live sound vibration, by sono-therapist, Leslie McDonald. You will leave energized, deeply relaxed and ready for the magic of the new season.

Kristin Condon- 200 hr RYT, a former ballet dancer and Pilates instructor, Kristin now teaches meditation and yoga throughout the city and on-demand on the Daily Burn media platform where she was also a Producer and Fitness Technical Director. As an actor, dancer, and choreographer she is grateful for the gift of yoga which has been the vehicle through which she has sought healing for mind, body and spirit, and also to allow magic in her life. It is a gift she is honored to now give to others via live classes, on-line, and in private. She has taught movement in some form or fashion for over 20 years! She is also a story-teller, creator and host of the podcast Women Crush Weekly, narrator, and new explorer of cooking and running. She makes her home in DUMBO with her writer/editor husband and their Australian Cattle Dog.

Leslie McDonald- Sonotherapist, Reiki healer, and Certified Holistic Health Coach. As the face behind the social media account, @balanced_life_leslie, her mission is to make wellness accessible to everyone. She creates a safe space online for the community to come together at interactive wellness events in order to introduce them to the healing modalities of sound, crystals, fitness and food. Leslie's belief is that being healthy is more than just what we are eating, but also incorporates the relationships we have, our career and our spirituality. As an energy healer, she helps others recognize that the magic is within all of us and we just have to start noticing the signs and message that are coming our way that are guiding us to live our most balanced, healing, and fulfilling lives. You can hear her playing the gong at various NYC pop-up events or gonging her husband and their Puggle dog at home in the East Village.
