From May 15, 2010 at 3:00 pm until May 15, 2010 at 5:00 pm at Dumbo

With Carrie Cegelis, L.Ac, and Coni Lewis Lopez, LMT, Himalayan Singing Bowl PractitionerThe Resonant Midline is an experiential exploration of the subtle anatomy and its foundational organizing principle. While Coni invokes a rich and harmonic tapestry of sound using Himalayan Singing Bowls, Carrie will administer acupuncture to each individual that resonates and opens the central meridians. The personal experience is supported and amplified by the group dynamic that emerges. Together with guided visualization and engagement with the breath, we will open the door to the deeply restorative experience of aligning body, mind, and spirit with the expressive, living pulsation of the midline as it manifests in both movement and stillness. This workshop will bring acupuncture out from the treatment room into a shared community experience, riding on the centering sounds of Coni Lopez. The workshop fee is 0.
