Sharon Rudy and Tara Glazier teach Dec 9, Sunday 10am class at Abhaya Yoga which is dedicated to our dear friend Woody, his amazing spirit and his cause. Just a short time ago Woody was paralyzed in a hit and run motorcycle accident. The proceeds from this class will be donated to him and his family as they create a new life and a new home with proper construction for wheelchair access. Woody is an incredible yogi who is embracing his new challenge. Our hearts go out to him.
