Jonathan Ziff Sint
Drawing from a family of yoga practitioners and teachers, Jonathan was introduced to yoga early but took his time to fall in love with the practice. That love was initially propelled by the physical practice and defiance of gravity but now defined by the vast power the breath has over the body + mind. Jonathan’s classes are designed to connect the muscular with the mystical body. There is a clear intention to bridge the breath with movement. His classes are centered around mindful alignment, creative sequencing, self-awareness, pranayama and offer a physical challenge. He’s been influenced by his many teachers, most notably - Anton Brandt, Jewels Ziff Sint, Rebecca Ketchum, Dages Juvelier Keates, Abbie Galvin, and Mary Aranas. Jonathan completed his 200-hour training with The Sacred Fig, a 100-hour training in the Threes Physiyoga Method, with additional training in Katonah Yoga, AcroYoga, and Thai Bodywork. He currently teaches Vinyasa Yoga + AcroYoga throughout New York City and internationally.
