Alex came to know the practice of yoga asana as a way of extending his meditation practice. As a professional team leader, he noticed the benefits of yoga asana coupled with seated meditation immediately. Through the stillness of meditation and the energetic physical practice of yoga asana, Alex seeks to bring awareness to the connection between the mind and the body. After going deeper in his practice through teacher training at Abhaya, Alex is happy for the opportunity to share the experience of yoga asana and mediation with you.
