Embodied Sacred Awareness: A Fascia Release + Sound Healing Experience

Embodied Sacred Awareness: A Fascia Release + Sound Healing Experience

Led by: Linda Lopes & Eduardo A. Martinez-Diaz

From November 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm until November 8, 2024 at 8:00 pm at Dumbo

Please join Linda Lopes and Eduardo A. Martinez-Diaz as they guide you through a series of fascia release techniques to support your physical body while opening your energetic body to receive the vibration of the Sacred Drum.

In this deeply immersive experience, Linda and Eduardo will use their synergistic healing methodologies to empower you to access a deep sense of realignment, recalibration, and restoration. They will usher you to a state of self-awareness and connect you to your ability to access spiritual realms and wisdom.

Eduardo’s Form+Space: Awareness methodology is a restorative modality (i.e., Roll+Restore) that involves poses and exercises laying on rubber balls to self-massage tight fascia, and creates awareness and freedom of movement. This methodology combines the study of biomechanical alignment principles, therapeutic yoga, Bodymind Ballwork™, and metaphysics to come up with a unique and holistic approach to embodied self-awareness.

Coextensively, the sound of the drum can bring us deep within our hearts and in union with the Earth. The sacred medicine of the drum does this by awakening us into our true, most authentic selves and leading us to our inner rhythms and our heart’s deepest desires. In honoring the ways of our ancestors, ancient wisdom, and sacred bodies; Linda will share a heart-centered sound healing meditation through the beat of the drum and vocal intonation through song.
