Lucile Parrado

Lucile Parrado is a French native dancer who moved to New York City in 2012 to pursue a dance career. She took her first yoga class at the Alvin Ailey Dance School with Leslie Journet practicing Iyengar for dancer. At the moment having a knee injury, yoga brung her to heal. From this result a passion was born for yoga and decided to invest herself in it. She has now completed the 200hrs teacher training at Abhaya and registered with the Yoga alliance RYT-200. Lucile is a very carrying teacher who focused on alignment and breathing.
