Sara Neufeld
Sara is proud to be a third-generation yogini. Her mother is a yoga teacher in Connecticut, and her grandmother is her mother’s most loyal student. Sara has been a yogini since 2000. Her practice has helped her to relieve years of back and neck pain and guides all of her personal interactions. A former newspaper reporter and current freelance journalist covering urban education, Sara is committed to making yoga accessible to everyone and is particularly passionate about working with youth and families. She is on the board of the Lineage Project, which offers yoga to at-risk and incarcerated youth. Formerly a certified Anusara teacher, Sara has accumulated thousands of hours of yoga-related studies, including philosophy, alignment and therapeutics. www.saraneufeldyoga.com
