These tools will help you to feel more comfortable in an open level yoga class and experience all the great breakthroughs and discoveries that this beautiful practice can offer you. Find greater flexibility and strength, peace of mind, and an empowered spirit!
Week 1 The Heart of the practice is Soft: Breath, foundation, quality of being open, general form of the asanas ( poses)
Week 2 Into Pulsation: Finding balance through even tone and extension. Exploring standing poses and preparation for inversions.
Week 3 Refinement: Hip opening through proper alignment in the pelvis and legs. Find greater freedom and flexibility in pelvis, hips, and lower back.
Week 4 Breakthrough into Insight: Bringing all the tools and concepts together and back to the heart to experience freedom. Exploring moderate backbends in a safe and inspiring way.
