In this workshop, Carla will guide you into a mindful awareness of how your breath optimally flows through the body. You will discover the ways in which we all inadvertently prevent our breath from flowing freely both in stillness and in movement. Unencumbered respiration is the best gift we can give ourselves as we move towards a more healthful lifestyle.
