Each of us has the capacity for a free and open pranic body and yet obstruction can occur for a myriad of reasons. We or our students may feel stress, physical pain, emotional pain, and over stimulus that leads to pranic blocks in the system. By utilizing simple architectural/skeletal alignment and breath/ awareness techniques, we can find more stability and greater freedom through all the 5 layers or koshas of being.
