Handstand + Inversion Workshop
Want to step up your handstand practice and learn to improve your balance upside down? Then this workshop is perfect for you.
Handstands and inversions do require arm and core strength, but that isn’t all. We'll learn anatomical stacking techniques as well as drills that I've honed over the years that have helped me learn balance and safely leave the wall. We will utilize a combination of breath, stretching, and shapes to give you new perspectives on increasing your time in the air in a safe and comfortable way.
