Join us for an evening of light movement, contemplative asana yoked with the breath,  healing meditations. Tara will lead students toward their inner landscape and energetic system while also warming the body and opening the channels.  Through a guided somatic meditation and visualization, Jen will lead us in healing our energy fields. As we move into Spring, we release the old and enliven our very essence
