Kirtan

Please join us following Bhava Friday class for an evening of deeply heart opening and devotional Kirtan. We will dive into the practice of chanting the Divine Names in a call-and-response format with musical accompaniment. While it is an age-old tradition from India, no prior experience is required only an intention to stay with the chanting for the time that we are together and allow the mind to quiet down into the heart-space.
