Come on a mythic journey and activate your asana practice with myth, mantra and music. Sianna will tell stories of the gods and goddesses as your story too. This fluid form vinyasa practice will garland a full sequence of standing poses, arm balances, backbends and hip openers. Join the sacred pilgrimage in the temple of your own being.
