Int/ Advanced - Quick review of basics and assisting safety, with a focus on the middle of the room, wild entries and exits, leg, hands and arm variations, with and without partners, geared to 'out of the box' handstanding around off the wallPre-requisites: Ability to kick up and hold a one minute handstand unassisted at the wall; Can or wants to learn to stick it without a wall.
