What are the keys to sustaining a lifelong yoga practice? How do we maintain a dynamic practice without creating wear and tear injuries, instability, or exhaustion? Like the pillars of a sacred temple, the bones, joints, and nerves comprise the foundation of the body and mind. The hatha yoga and Ayurvedic traditions articulate systematic practices for healing and strengthening this ground of our being.
