The Landscape of the Breath
Using simple exercises we will explore our most primary source of energy, the breath. In this workshop you will learn how your breathing works physically, and the effects of different types of breathing on your physiology, physical posture, strength and perception. Ultimately we will move towards aligning with our breath as a path for personal transformation. In this workshop David will share some of his most effective techniques from 8 years of teaching on the breath, as well as new ways of understanding the breath process in relationship to your experience, anatomy and movement, both on and off the mat.
