Yoga at the Wall
Unlock new pathways of stability as we use the wall to find a deeper sense of body awareness, strength, and support. We'll explore how the wall can provide feedback to help align and refine our asana practice through a playful mix of both active and passive postures. Standing poses, inversion preps and restorative shapes will all be incorporated. By the end of the workshop, the wall may just be your new favorite prop! This is also a great offering for teachers looking to add to their toolbox for studio classes and private sessions. Open to students of all levels.
