What is it that you truly love?Loyal friend and dedicated yogi, the sweet monkey-faced Hanuman is unwavering in his devotion. Through his commitment to his truth, his responsibilities, to his Dharma, Hanuman models for us how to live from a place of integrity in which our actions and words are one. Hanuman invites us into the fullness of our embodied experience so that we can more clearly articulate what we really care about and what is truly of value in our lives.
Join Susanna for a celebratory afternoon of Hanuman stories, symbolism and philosophy. We will learn his mantra and mudra, then immediately apply them to a heart-opening meditation practice. When we celebrate Hanuman, we celebrate our own connectivity, devotion, and commitment. In this workshop, we will ask ourselves, what is it that I truly love? While we explore the rich landscapes of our hearts.
