Take Yoga off the mat and onto your bike path. You’ll learn how to incorporate breathing, mantra,basic yoga postures, and philosophy into your daily bike commute to be a more enlightened cyclist. This two-hour workshop will show you how to prepare body and mind to safely be on your bike · Recover from wear and tear brought on by biking · Cultivate an ethos of community and connection all essentials for safely navigating the roads of NYC by bike.
