Cosmic Alignment Sound Bath

Everything we do and create within the world is a product of our own doing. Our deep seeded neuroses become lodged deep within the fibers of our being. To be present within the power of sound begins to melt away that which no longer serves us. We align with a deep understanding of our being in accordance to our truth. Within this workshop we will delve into the construction of the self. We will work on releasing past traumas, fears, depressions, and everything that is keeping us from experiencing our highest state of grace and being. Bring an intention of something you would like to detach from. As group we will support each other through the process.

When Michealangelo was asked how he made the statue of David, he said “It is easy. You just chip away the stone that doesn’t look like David.” That is what this workshop is about, we chip away at ourselves until we find the truth.

We will incorporate the usage of two gongs and multiple other sound healing tools. The gong relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system to state where the subconscious and unconscious mind can release.

Jarrod Byrne Mayer and Melody Balczon bring a practical application of yogic and sound technologies so it can be fully integrated within your daily life. They have been married for 9 years and currently reside in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with their two cats. Together they launched “Brooklyn Healing Arts,” specializing in modern-archaic healing modalities. They like hugs, ice cream, and good times.
