Teaching online is a very different experience than taking a yoga class live and in person. While the world may return to live yoga, (let us hope so!) the truth is, we just don’t know. It is better to be prepared and embrace this new online world with skill and professionalism. This two hour continuing education course will focus on offering tools for the holistic viewpoint of giving an online class. There is a lot to think about and prepare for even before you chant OM.. (and will you even chant om anymore?). We are not just yoga teachers anymore. We are technicians, audio engineers, videographers, djs, AND yoga teachers guiding students through an experience of yoga. How do we do it all? What are the similarities and the differences? How do we make our cues most efficient? How do we still create yoga and community while online?
