Aubree Jones
Aubree was first introduced to yoga through a fitness class in college but was quickly drawn to the rich history and tradition of the practice. She has since found her passion of empowering others to access inner strength and confidence through their own mind-body connection. Her classes utilize direct, energetic instruction and fast-paced flows along with additional components of reflective meditation and philosophy. Her unique style of teaching challenges students to develop focus, fortitude, and a sense of presence that can be accessed by anyone. She enjoys teaching creative and complex sequences, with options for inversions, arm balances, twists, and backbends. Aubree has taught a range of students, from public park classes, private sessions, children, and the greater Abhaya community. She holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from Cornell University and a 200RYT Yoga Alliance certification as a graduate of Abhaya Yoga under Tara Glazier.
