The Summer’s end will be here before we know it. Hop onto this fun filled, sand filled, beach retreat with Tara Glazier and Jennifer Dopierala. Our casual retreat house, just a stone’s throw from Rockaway Beach, gives us an opportunity to celebrate the culmination of Summer in a festive atmosphere, as well as retreat to the quiet of the house for restoration.

Our mornings will begin with rejuvenative yoga asana and meditation. After a brunch of fresh fruits and organic fare, head to the beach for lounging, surfing, or swimming. For 4 days and 3 nights we escape the bustle of city and relax at Rockaway with skillful teachers, Tara and Jennifer, facilitating a weekend of bright transformation and fun.

Abhaya is connected to a reputable surf school in Rockaway. Surfing lessons are available upon request.
