Mimi Lê
A practitioner of over 15 years, Mimi received her 500HR training at Abhaya Yoga with Tara Glazier where she discovered a deeper awareness and transformation of her own connection to the practice and spirit of Yoga. Her teaching style is mindful in movement where she enjoys sharing both the energetic and restorative aspects of yoga, and where one can experience safe alignment and breath awareness in a transformative way. Mimi advocates self-healing for collective health and well-being, and the process of continuous learning between student and teacher. Her classes are led with caring guidance where she creates space for her students to have their unique experience of yoga, while offering just the right balance of an enlivening yet grounded and nourishing practice
