Aerial Workshop - Assisted Inversions

This workshop will help build confidence by reprograming unhelpful ideas about one's own body and it's abilities. Common yoga inversion postures are safer, easier, aligned and more comfortable when you allow the yoga hammock to become your partner. Come experience the benefits of inversion while being supported by a yoga hammock. This workshop is for anyone new to yoga or an expert yoga teacher!
