As we all know, yoga is much more than just asana. While we may be most comfortable teaching asana, offering a few minutes of meditation can really end a practice beautifully. We have all had that quiet, peaceful experience at the end of a yoga class. There is a technique to teaching meditation and creating a space for Grace to flow.
