Thai Yoga is a sacred and ancient form of bodywork that involves stretching and deep massage. This workshop is designed for couples who want to work together to help each other open and align nadis, which are the channels through which the energies of the subtle body ﬂow. Through gentle, non-invasive touch and stretching techniques, couples will learn how to release tension and activate prana, which is our life force energy in the body. Workshop participants will learn techniques that will enable them to help their partners and themselves to achieve a compassionate state of being.This workshop is open to singles or couples.
