Hands on Adjustment Workshop

Are you secretly, internally cheering “adjust me!!” when the teacher walks by.
Throughout the time of covid and even post covid, we as a society have become starved for touch and maybe even disassociated around human interaction. Human touch done in a consensual, gentle and stabilizing way can be so healing!
