HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA? HAVE YOU BEEN LOOKING FOR A CHANCE TO TRY IT?

Abhaya Dumbo is offering a three-part Introduction to Kundalini Yoga series led by local teacher Jen Brown. Kundalini Yoga balances the energy bodies, bringing a healing awareness and deep connection within. Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga over to the US in 1969 seeking to give people tools to equip themselves during the transition into the “Aquarian Age” and beyond. This technology is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. Each class in this series will share key practices that provide short- and long-term bene ts. Join us for optional pre-class meditation. This series is for new and old yoga students alike; no yoga or meditation experience is required.
