Led by: Jarrod Byrne Mayer

From February 2, 2019 at 6:00 pm until February 2, 2019 at 8:00 pm at Gowanus

Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, said that the cold depression is an ailment that will affect most of humanity in the Aquarian age. It is a dis-ease which whereby the outward pressure and stress is more than what the internal being can handle. More so, it is a depression where we don’t know we are suffering. The cold depression is an ailment that cuts us from our spirit, our soul, and our infinite self. On a dense level, it is caused by our nervous system and glandular systems inabilities to handle the influx of information from everyday life and technology. We must learn to adapt and overcome.

How do we overcome this? We connect and revitalize our prana and light within. In this sound bath we will start with a pranayama breath work then follow up with a meditation to raise our kundalini energy to assure a flow. We will crystallize with a highly pranic sound bath of two gongs, singing bowls, and many other tools to reenergize and connect us with spirit.
