Cool down from summer intensity with Yin Yoga, offering a much needed break from the heat generated this time of year. Yin Yoga is a floor-based, meditative practice of holding postures for time, targeting tight, connective tissues throughout the entire body. We’ll explore heart openers, upper back, shoulder & hip releases. This class will target the elements of water and earth to help ground and clear away excessive heat in the mind, body and spirit.
