Led by: Jonathan FitzGordon
From October 9, 2016 at 12:00 pm until October 9, 2016 at 3:45 pm at Dumbo
The psoas is the most important muscle in the body that most people have never heard of. The psoas connects the upper and lower body physically; and the body and mind emotionally. Learn the anatomy and function of the psoas as well as the visual clues that tell us the psoas might be a problem in life. Get to know your psoas and take your teaching to another level.
