Dive deep into your practice with this meditative afternoon of deep stretching, stillness, & exploration. First, we'll work with tight connective tissues - the fascia of the body - centering on the neck & shoulders, spine, hamstrings, and hips. In this floor-based Yin Yoga practice, each pose is held for a few minutes to find an appropriate "edge". Then we'll shift to create a restful sanctuary, utilizing additional props to support healing and complete release. Help stress and tension dissolve away. Leave rejuvenated and renewed.
