-What makes a healthy runner?
-Cover a variety of poses and tools for warm up, cool down and stretch and restore, all with a focus on breath and alignment as they are essential to healthy movement.
-Plus mini breakdowns of some key Yoga poses you do all the time in public classes to help you protect and strengthen those glorious running muscles!
