Open to Grace

Join us for an evening of Anusara-Inspired Yoga with Elias Lopez. Hear the chanting of the group Prema Hara while we practice asanas. Class will be from 6:30 - 8 pm and will be followed by a short Kirtan. This event is open to all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. We'll enjoy a full spectrum practice as we explore what it means to allow Grace to Lead the Way! Together we will raise our energy with chanting, asana, meditation and powerful envisioning for our highest alignment. 5 - proceeds will be donated to Ammas humanitarians activities.
