July 4th Celebration Class

Yoga invites us always to celebrate freedom within ourselves. Come join us on July 4th to celebrate individual and collective freedom. Tara Glazier teaches a special 2 hour practice including unique inversions and backbends to open our center and our hearts. The class concludes with longer held and more complex seated poses melting into the heat of the body. This energetic class integrates mythological stories of freedom where Hanuman, Sita & Ram, Vasista, and Vishvamitri (some epic mythological characters) make an appearance.

Open to ALL levels. Come with a celebratory Spirit and an open heart!
